A brunette confidently strolled down the beaten wood of the dock her beloved boat rested on. A smile crept upon her face as she dropped a sea green beach bag onto the the boat and climbed on herself. She wore a tattered miniskirt and a striped bikini top, her bottoms replacing underwear. A pair of worn black flip flops adorned the girls feet and she admired a fresh pedicure as she sat at the front. A soft sea breeze blew her hair around her face but she made no effort to keep them out of a stunning pair of hazel eyes. To any stranger, it would seem the teenager was too wrapped up in her thoughts to really care about what was going on around her. To anyone she knew, it would seem this girl was none other than Gretchen Koolidge.
Gretchen often came down to the dock to relax. Nothing calmed her more that sitting on her boat, rocking with the waves and hearing seagulls fly in the distance. It was the perfect place to just be with herself and take a load off. Naturally, a girl like Gretchen couldn't forget about personal appearance, so she tended to visit around dusk, when her skin looked even more glowing. You never knew who might get off the yacht near by. Gretchen sighed as she laid on her back and her eye got the sight of something silver. She giggled when she saw the object was an empty beer can. Leftovers from last night's party. Gretchen's speedboat was a present from her parents and it was the greatest place to hold a crazy night. And last night was definitely crazy. Gretchen of course got drunk, and she can faintly remember making out with some guy in the back of the boat. Now that she was sober, nothing seemed better than intertwining fingers with someone. Not even intertwining tongues.
