Did you say PARTY??{Open} « Thread Started on Sept 25, 2007, 8:08pm »
Ahhh the night club. Ross loved this place. She couldn't come her often because her brothers were a little overprotective of her, but tonight her brothers weren't home. Devlin was out on a date and Thane was at a friends house. That left her and Michael home alone. Micheal and her were not on speaking terms at the moment, actually they hadn't been on speaking terms for a year. ever since the accident where her father died Michael and her hadn't been the best of friends. Michael was really close to their dad and when he died he blamed it on Ross.
Ross walked through the nightclub, hearing her heels click on the floor as she walked. She was wearing a short black spaghetti strap dress and a pair of black heels. Her hair was down and was in loose curls. She had a little make up on, but not too much. She never wore a lot of makeup. She didn't see the need to because she would just sweat it off when she played her sports. Ross made her way over to the bar and ordered a Martini. The thing she loved most about this place was that they NEVER asked of ids. She loved it!

Blake was in "that mood." That's what everybody who knew her well enough always called it, for as long as she could remember. "That mood" was when Blake felt like if she didn't get up and do something, go somewhere loud and stimulating, she would simply melt away. Restless would be a huge understatement to the way she felt at the moment. Back in her dorm, Blake quickly scrunched her hair a bit with some hairspray. She had curled it that morning, and although the curls weren't quite as tight as they had been, now they actually looked better, loose and alluring, cascading over her shoulders. Now wanting to spend too much time getting ready, Blake just dashed on a bit of mascara and blush to give her cheeks a glow. As an afterthought, she swiped on a layer of lip gloss and slipped it in her small purse to bring with her. The little bag also contained her wallet, her cell phone, and some other miscellaneous items. She had several larger purses that she could take, but this one was good when she didn't want to lug around something bigger.
After a few moments of deliberating, Blake decided on wearing a new black dress paired with some Jimmy Choos she wasn't really sure if she liked. But oh well. Just in case her feet started hurting like hell while she danced, Blake grabbed a pair of black flip-flops and threw them in the passenger seat as she slid into her shiny red '63 Studebaker Avanti. Many students why on earth she chose to drive the ancient car, but it was Blake's baby. Of course she could afford a 50,000 car, but where was the fun in that when everyone had one? She loved the Avanti, with it's black leather seats. When she drove it, she liked to pretend that she'd gone back in time to the 60's. The car really didn't seem that old. It had air-conditioning, she'd gotten a stereo put in, and it even had power windows. It was just fine with her.
The drive to Magoo's was short and sweet. She parked around the block and headed inside. The blast of noise and music hit her all at once, and she only had to flash a smile at the bouncer for him to let her inside. Not once in all her years of coming to the club had she been ID'd. Blake was just taking a seat at the bar when she noticed a familiar face sitting a few feet to her left, so she squeezed in between a grinding couple to take the seat next to Ross. "Hey," she said with a grin, brushing a stray strand of dark hair out of her glinting eyes. "Look, we match," she said playfully, indicating their black dresses. Blake noticed that Ross had a martini, which wasn't anything unusual, but Blake hadn't decided if she was going to drink tonight or not. If she did, it meant she would have to take a taxi back to the dorms and leave her car parked by the club until tomorrow.
